Shipping policy

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

• Processing Delays: During high-volume periods, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times. 

• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days 

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply) 

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we work to expand our reach! 

• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the link provided. 

• Tracking: Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment. 

• Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Local Pickup

• Availability: Local pickup is available for customers in the Durham, North Carolina area.
• Pickup Location: Orders can be picked up at 2608 Erwin Rd, Ste 148, Durham NC 27705.
• Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• How to Select Local Pickup: Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
